All of New Zealand is affected by the response to Covid-19. Some more than others.
There have been some calls by some groups for rental payments to be stopped, reflecting a view that rental property providers are extremely wealthy individuals who won't be affected by the Covid-19 situation.
Because of this, the NZPIF has developed a survey to guage the impact that Covid-19 is having on rental property providers. We intend to send this out weekly so we can track effects over the coming weeks.
We are keen to know how you are being affected.
