Tenancy Tribunal Survey

There have been ongoing problems with getting timely Tenancy Mediation and Tribunal hearings around the country. The NZPIF have been having discussions with the Minister of Housing and officials to improve the situation but want to establish if they are having a positive effect.

To accomplish this, the NZ Property Investors’ Federation is initiating an ongoing survey every three months to monitor the service provision of the Tenancy Tribunal and Tenancy Mediation. 
 
If you have attended a Tenancy Mediation or Tribunal hearing during the past three months (Oct, Nov, Dec) we would greatly appreciate you completing a short survey to establish your experience.
 
Results are to be used by the NZ Property Investor Federation in discussions with Government and Government Departments on how well the system is working and how improvements can be made.
 
Accurate and honest information is essential so that any changes we seek to have implemented are informed, and required.
