New tools for property managers from the Department of Building and Housing

The Department has produced some updated tools for property managers including fact sheets on:

• selecting the right bond form [PDF 75 KB, 2 pages]
• making an application to the Tenancy Tribunal [PDF 75 KB, 2 pages]
• best practice tips for property managers at each stage of the tenancy  [PDF 75 KB, 4 pages]

These tools are designed to help you manage your properties more effectively, and get the best result for you, your client and the tenants.

This section of the Department of Building and Housing website will be updated with more information as they develop a suite of tools for property managers.

Forthcoming updates will include a one-page self resolution tool for dealing with disputes, and a helpful Q&A section.
