Founded by self-managing landlord and property investor Nicki Smith, to help other landlords ensure all aspects of property and tenant management are completed to the highest level, and ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act, and Healthy Homes Act.

With daily rent reconciliations, regular inspections and prompt resolution to maintenance issues, you can rest easy knowing your property is taken care of. Monthly reports ensure you know how your property is performing, and an annual report ensures your end of financial year preparations for your accountant are simple.

We offer a full hands off, inclusive management service to our owners, for one fixed percentage price which includes all the additional services listed below. All properties are professionally photographed and all advertising is free.
